Sorry for the long delay!!

Sorry for the long delay in posts, things have been sooo crazy around here lately. With the holidays and all the ball games, we have been going all the time. Thank goodness I am feeling better these days, or I wouldn't been able to keep up.

Sarah is in full basketball mode as well as Hunter starting his first year of peewee basketball. We are averaging two -four games a week, plus I have had the flu this last week, so really tired and worn out.

This is from a tournament her high school team won at Benton Harmony Grove, they won first place after a hard fought game. Sarah is the third from the left in back row.

This is the picture that we used for our Christmas cards this year, but I didn't get them mailed out, so everyone will be getting a Winter Wishes card instead, sorry!!!

This is Hunter and me at the state capitol before Christmas, we had a very good time and Hunter wanted a picture with "just me and mom" so thought this was a great place to take it.

Well guys I am back in the hospital here in Little Rock. I had an abcess develop near a bone in my pelvis so I am just waiting to see if they are going to drain it or just put me on antibiotics. I know I will come home with the IV antibiotics again (or at least I think I will).
I just wanted to give a quick update and will update more later.

Hello everybody, sorry for the long absence. Things really haven't changed much around here, finally got to stop the hyperbaric treatments, but still having to do the daily wound dressing changes. These are really starting to get old, but with everything so open still, they are still required. Poor Billy will probably have a nursing degree by the time we get these wounds healed up.
I got to go to a Splitcoast Stampers get together at Memphis this last weekend. My friend Sonya was nice enough to drive me up there, and we had a really good time. I am hoping to get some pictures of all the stuff we made up on my stamping blog by tomorrow, please check them out if you get a chance.
Also, if you get a chance, please check out our friend Jason (or Jase as Nashville wanted him to go with a different name) myspace page. They just finished shooting their first music video and you can watch it there. We are all so proud of Jason and Kara (his wife) they have worked so hard to get where they are and deserve everything. If you like the song, please call your local radio stations (country) and request it. We are all hoping that they break into the top 40 soon.

Hey guys, sorry for the long absence, but having some issues. My wounds have opened up and are infected. I started seeing a wound specialist on Thursday and they started me with specific wound changes and hyperbaric treatments. The hyperbaric treatments are not really fun, but what do you do, have to have them done. I will have to go to Little Rock 5 days a week for a couple of weeks, and then they will look at things again. I am sure this is not a shock to everyone since I had so many problems with my mastectomy, but sure was hoping for an easier ride this time. Will update more later.

Sorry guys!!!!!

Sorry guys that the updates stopped, we had to change hotels to find me a recliner to sleep in, found one but lost our internet connections, ugh!!!! I finally got to come home yesterday, and needless to say, I am VERY sore. Wanted to at least let you all know that I am still alive and kicking (slowly that it) and will updated again in a day or two.

Weel guys surgery has come and gone got some news and bad. The good news is that they were able to build my breast the bad was they could only do one side. So just have one perky boob. He said he could fix the other side.

We made it, D-day tomorrow at 7:30

We made to Dallas safe and sound!!! The sun was shinning when we got here, lol. I go into surgery in the morning at 7:30 and it will take 10-12 hours. My friend Adaire (Hi Adaire!!) will update when I get out of surgery and she gets a chance. Hopefully will be able to let you guys know something late tomorrow or first thing Thursday morning.
